Play is a vehicle for learning. Through learning-based play, children represent their knowledge and understanding of the world and apply new learning that they are acquiring. Play provides a meaningful context for children’s language development.
Within the framework of the Project “The Clothes’ Shop” kinder-4-kids went to a Shopping Mall to visit some shops. Children could see how the different items of clothing were organized and displayed and how many fitting room there were in each shop. They could also ask which were the ways of payment and the roles of the people working there. With all that information they will now be able to “start they own business” in the classroom.
Need some clothes? Go to kinder 4! They accept credit cards!!
